Most everyone is doing it NM because there is no greater reward for war supplies doing the courier run in HM.

I was aware of that, but I thought there was a higher chance of getting a mini drop in HM. That's why I wanted to know if Rangah was doing the runs in NM or HM.

It is a shame some people are going to get screwed as usual on the grind. Maybe they should put the minis as trade option for 300 supplies. (equivalent of 20 gifts, but at least you're guaranteed something.)

Only problem I have with that is anyone can farm 12 war supplies in 8 minutes easy so everyone would be running around with the new minis within a day or 2.

Why not give everyone all of the new minis when they log in?

The one to watchtower coast rezone as needed sometimes it will take 10 rezones until he appears it's very irritating. He also appears right outside of bergen but if you are hoping for a mini it seems to be watchtower you want.

Well they're wasting life they'll never get back so shouldn't that work out to something in game? And it doesn't hurt anyone to just give out this kind of junk. The money people are making off it is hardly "deserved".

That's true and the people that are making bank from the minis are lucky they are just getting the minis from the gifts early and good for them. Like I said in another thread the prices of these minis will drop in a week or 2 because anyone can get an infinite number of royals gifts unlike traveler gifts.
